Back in Barcelona

On Tuesday, 7th Nov, we met Simon Dolan and his wife Adela. Simon was the Professor at the ESADE Business School who said ‘Yes’ to Peter’s request to do a couple of months sabbatical back in 2009. We agree that Simon’s ‘Yes’ coupled with, meeting Albert, (of all the cafes in  Barcelona I could have walked into), changed our lives. It gave us the opportunity to experience the magic of Europe and, particularly Barcelona.  As you all know, we view it as our second home.

We both enjoyed catching up very much.

Then we thought we'd check on how the Sagrada Familia is progressing. As usual, it was beautiful to see.

For Peter's last night in Barcelona, before flying to Estonia, we went to an Italian Pizza place, just 10 mins walk from Albert & Diana's. The pizzas were excellent!!!

I delayed a train trip to Tarragona so I wouldn't miss out on Diana's rice on Thursday. It was definitely worth it!

  1. That might just be the best photo of Sagrada Familia that I have seen. The rice looks excellent. But Pizza?
